• Recommendation

  THAT Council receives Report – Costs Agreement – Dufferin Common Elements Condominium Corporation No. 37;

  AND FURTHER THAT Council directs staff to prepare and present the necessary By-Law for adoption.

Fire Protection Grant 2024-25 Transfer Payment Agreement, 2025-005

• Recommendation

  THAT Council receive Report – Fire Protection Grant 2024-25 Transfer Payment Agreement,

  AND FURTHER THAT Council approves the Transfer Payment Agreement as presented, authorizes signing by the Mayor and Clerk and directs staff to prepare and present the necessary by-law for passing.
